Pilot Practice is a SaaS platform providing practice management, patient engagement, and marketing automation tools for healthcare providers. All production systems are hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in the United States.
Pilot Practice is designed to support compliance with HIPAA requirements and maintains administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect sensitive health information.
We are currently in the process of pursuing SOC 2 compliance, with our program being developed and managed through Drata, and aligned with industry frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO/IEC 27001.
